How can I make an appointment with a specialist?

You can make an appointment by calling our friendly reception team during clinic hours. If you have a referral letter from your GP or another specialist, please have it ready when booking. You can also email us or fill in an appointment request form through our website, and we’ll get back to you promptly.

Do I need a referral from a GP to see a specialist?

Yes, a valid referral from a GP or another medical specialist is required to see our specialists. This ensures you are eligible for Medicare rebates and that your care is coordinated with your primary healthcare provider.

Where is the clinic located, and is parking available?

Our doctors’ consultations are located in Sunnybank and Greenslopes, and detailed directions will be provided once your appointment is confirmed. On-site parking is available for patients, and we are also easily accessible via public transport. Procedures and treatment locations will be discussed with your specialist during the consultation.

What are your operating hours?

Our reception operates during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
Consulting sessions may occasionally run outside of these hours, depending on specialist availability.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Referral letter, Medicare card, private health insurance details, medication list, recent test results, and any imaging scans.

What happens at my first appointment?

The specialist will review your referral, medical history, and test results before discussing diagnosis, treatment options, and next steps.

What should I do in an emergency?

Call 000 or go to the nearest emergency department. Our clinic does not provide emergency services.
